Muffins!

Yesterday I was sitting around doing nothing [as usual when I don't work] and I decided to do something. So I started to make some blueberry muffins. I didn't think it would take an hour and a half but it did. I was using the recipe from a Julia Child cookbook and it was really good but I didn't have certain ingredients like cake flour, and unsalted butter. And I didn't find this out until I was at that part in the recipe. I also forgot that the eggs and butter had to be room temperature. So making compromises and eggs in armpits I rolled out the cold butter making it room temperature and whipped, [well folded] up some blueberry muffins! When I was done they looked pretty good so I took some pictures and they looked even better! So I thought that I would post about it since I haven't done a blog post since who knows when. I wish you could all eat them but I guess the McCann family are the only people that will! I sure hope you liked them :)
