Sedona, Arizona

For spring break me, Mom and Dad and Laurissa and her fours kids went down to Sedona Arizona. It was really pretty and we had a lot of fun going on hikes and swimming in the pool. We also went to the Grand Canyon but I forgot to bring my camera along so you'll have to ask dad for those pictures.

This was our first rest stop. It was really cold, but extremely pretty! I got a couple of silhouettes which I have been wanting to do for a while.

Out next stop was Hoover Dam {I think it was Hoover} It was crazy big, I don't know how they ever built something like that.

This was the first hike we took, Fay Canyon. On the was we hiked up to an arch that was just poking out from the mountain.

These flowers were the best smelling flower I have ever smelled. This along with Sedona's five healing vortexes could heal anyone. ;)

Here you can see the arch in the background. This was just a few seconds before Lily slipped and grabbed a Cactus. Luckily a man stopped to help and he has tweezers.

Laurissa's kids were just so fun to photograph. After Matthew, Isaac and I hiked down from the arch we had time to rest while the others worked they're way down. It was a rocky climb!

This was while we were waiting. Matthew and Isaac busied themselves with throwing rocks from the river bed.

By the end of the hike the kids were still in a pretty good mood. They've been trained well!

This was the second hike we took. I didn't take to many pictures, but it was really pretty and not too hard. Although, we did have to walk the mile to the trail head because the road was to rocky to drive on.

We hiked up to this arch and could walk onto it. It was beautiful!

This was on the drive home. We were stopped at a rest stop when me and Laurissa looked over to see if mom and dad were ready to start again. It was a laugh to see mom and dad just chillin in the car waiting for us. {You can't see dad but he is sitting in the driver seat.}

I'm glad you posted some photos of the trip. It was a lot of fun! I'm sure the vortexes and that plant had something to do with the high quality of your pictures!

As always great photos. I am glad to see that the Honda made the trip. I hope the AC works this summer.
